Coronavirus COVID-19 update
The global coronavirus situation is extremely serious. We are continuously monitoring the impact of COVID-19 and taking responsible actions to support regional and global authorities’ efforts to control the spread of the virus.
At present, we are fulfilling and shipping orders as normal. Our head office staff are working remotely until advice changes and we are working closely with suppliers to ensure their continued safety. Standard delivery times may be impacted by circumstances outside of our control and we recommend you follow guidance regarding washing your hands after handling any packaging or contact with delivery people.
We ship worldwide, with all shipments sent from our warehouse in the UK. We use FedEx for most international shipments and offer both Royal Mail and FedEx services for domestic and European shipments. Estimated delivery times for common destinations are as follows, although please note that these estimates are not guaranteed*.

*Apidura dispatches orders between Monday and Friday only, please take this into account if placing an order over the weekend. Orders placed at the weekend are shipped the following Monday, unless this coincides with a UK public holiday.

TAX AND DUTIES
Our prices for orders to the UK¹, EU², Switzerland, Canada, Japan and the USA³, are quoted inclusive of all tax, duties and VAT.
Orders shipped outside of the EU, Switzerland, Canada, Japan and the USA will not include VAT.
The payment of local duties, taxes and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer. If you do not know how much (if any) import tax you may need to pay, please check with your local customs authority before completing your purchase. Please note that clearing customs may introduce delays to the delivery of your order.
If your goods are undeliverable or refused for any reason, and are returned back to us, we reserve the right to reclaim from you any associated costs that may be charged to us. If you decide to return your item(s), please note that applicable Taxes & Duties are non-refundable.
It is a legal requirement that we declare the full transaction value of the contents of all packages.
